Visit to vegetable garden to harvest iron rich vegetables.
Prepare an iron rich starter and main course.
Eat iron rich starter, main course and finish with ice-cream.
Asian beef larb, chickpeas with roasted veg and tomatoes.
Lentil and spinach soup with bacon, beef and quinoa meatballs.
Chicken breasts stuffed with cheese and spinach.
Apricot and almond chicken.
Chocolate ice-cream, fruit ice-cream or vanilla ice-cream.
