Assignment 4 - ice cream research, discussion and making an ice cream.

11.30am

Assignment 3 - food safety practices research and discussion.

12.00pm

Preparation of dish adhering to food safety practices learnt.

13.00pm

Lunch of dish prepared.


Afternoon Schedule

1.45pm

Assignment 2 - Discussion planning and preparing an iron rich meal.

2.15pm

Visit to vegetable garden to harvest iron rich vegetables.

2.30pm

Prepare an iron rich starter and main course.

3.45pm

Eat iron rich starter, main course and finish with ice-cream.

4.15pm

Finish.

Lentil and spinach soup with bacon, beef and quinoa meatballs.

Chicken breasts stuffed with cheese and spinach.

Apricot and almond chicken.
