Sarah's food philosophy is simple; combine the very best, seasonal ingredients, often grown or raised in the grounds with adventurous, contemporary culinary style. Menu's are bold and ever changing and there's always a dash of new influences from regions as far apart as London, Buenos Aires and Cape Town.
