Part/Full Time Bar Staff Required

Cloughjordan House is currently seeking to hire experienced Bar Staff to work weddings and events full time. You will be responsible for effectively and controlling the serving of all beverages in the bar area, whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Job Description:

• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar and stockroom.

• Supervision of bar at all times.

• Attention to appearance, detail, and excellent customer service skills.

• Knowledge and understanding of POS software - training will be provided. 

• High standards of honesty and integrity.

• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

• Must be reliable, work as part of a team and professional.

• Operates under lean management principles and constantly on the lookout for innovative  and new ideas to add value to our service.

• Awareness of our brand values and advocacy

• Prepared to execute all duties and responsibilities in a safe and timely manner.

Experience Required:

• 1 year plus experience working a busy bar.
